Las Vegas Airbnb Management began with a simple realization: pricing across the short-term rental market didn’t add up.

After spending significant time in Las Vegas and analyzing real booking patterns, listing performance, and hotel pricing, we uncovered widespread inefficiencies. Property managers relied on templates. Hotels leaned on broad averages. Individual hosts were left guessing.

So we did what others weren’t doing — we broke down the data and solved the math behind the market.

The result was a management and pricing system engineered for one purpose: maximizing revenue with precision, not luck.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Reese Newell

Reese has been obsessed with numbers since age five, when his mom — a high school math teacher — handed him her Algebra tests to help grade. That early start turned into a lifelong edge.

He earned an engineering degree from Penn State in 2009, but instead of taking the traditional career path, he chose to bet on himself as a high-stakes poker player. At a time when almost no one was self-employed or using data to beat the game, he built a career by solving the math everyone else ignored. He played for 12 years and is one of the biggest winning players in the history of his game.

Having traveled to over 70 countries and stayed in over 60 Airbnbs during those years, he decided to turn his attention to short term rentals. He quickly realized it was just likely poker, where nearly every host and manager were still guessing on pricing, demand curves, and revenue strategy — the exact same inefficiency he exploited in poker. So he applied the same analytical approach and built a new edge in STRs.

This has led to Las Vegas Airbnb Management outperforming all other property managers in the area.

In his free time, he spends the days with his wife, Isabela, and his first son, Nico, along with his two dogs, Lucky & Canela. He has a huge passion for travel and working out.
